They do provide bedding however you may want to bring an additional sleeping bag as the rooms can be a little chilly.

Washroom facilities are shared (separate male/female), so bring your own towel etc.

Breakfast is not included but available at an outragous extra cost.  Coffee is free however.

There is a common area downstairs with table tennis, pool table, couches, and internet terminal.  If your as busy as I am at Pines you won't even get a chance to use them.
