This will be the final full group notice to workers of the 2010 Rally of the
Tall Pines.



Most of you have checked your Worker Assignments and a number of changes
have been made as a result of your inquiries. We have also made some
adjustments due to volunteers dropping out and new ones registering. If you
have not done so already, be sure to check yours for the most up to date
assignment list for Saturday at

There will be no further updates to the database after tonight.



Volunteers for work on Thursday (tomorrow) and Friday will receive a message
within the next few hours  with details of where and when to meet. If you do
not receive it, just report to Rally HQ when you arrive and we will sort it
out.



For those of you doing recce on Friday, there are two meetings - one at 7:00
AM (sharp) and the second at 8:30-9:00 AM. It indicates on the assignment
list which meeting you are to attend.  Those meetings will be held inside
Rally HQ.

It is extremely important to advise us if you will be unable to carry out
your assignment(s).



Thanks to Tim Hortons (Bancroft), coffee, donuts and cold drinks will be
served at 8:45 P.M. on Friday to all Workers just before the  9:00 P.M.
Worker Meeting.



Be sure to attend the post-rally feast at the Bancroft Fish & Game Club on
Saturday evening.  A great meal will be served until everyone is fed - free
to all workers.



If you have not paid for your subsidized accommodations please bring cash to
the Worker Meeting.



An important new feature of the Pines this year is a major presence
initiated at the committee level on Social Media. We will explain our plans
