There will be three separate photo contests put on by MLRC, open to anyone that wishes to enter.

#1 will be for the best OPRC (Ontario Performance Rally) picture.  Contestants will have to submit their pictures to Alan Ockwell (MLRC Webmaster) at webmaster@mlrc.ca.  The pictures will be displayed on the club website.

#2 will be for the best ORRC (Ontario Road Rally) picture.  Contestants will have to submit their pictures to Alan Ockwell (MLRC Webmaster), and the pictures will be displayed on the club website.

#3 will be for the best caption for a picture.  The picture will be displayed on the club website, and contestants will have to submit their caption on the website.

Decisions: The winners of all three contests will be decided by the club executive at the October MLRC Executive meeting.  The Executive will go through all submissions for each contest, and will make the final decisions.  All photos and captions will be posted at the discretion of either Alan Ockwell or someone on the Club Executive.  The only reason your submission would not be valid is that the content is not in keeping with the “Rally” theme, or is not suitable to be displayed on a non-adult website.

For the two Photo Contests, you can make as many submissions as you wish.  For the Caption Contest you can also make as many submissions as you wish, however only your latest submission before the contest closes will be accepted. (For example, a caption submitted in September will invalidate a caption submitted in July from the same person).  All submissions must be accompanied by your real name and phone number.  If we can’t figure out who you are (for example:  iamabigrallydufus@hotmail.com) then you are not eligible.

Prizes: The prizes will be given out at the October General meeting.  Prizes can change at any time, but as of right now we are aiming to give prizes for the top three in each contest.  As stated we figure that each winner will receive a MLRC coffee mug, a MLRC pin, a MLRC sticker, a MLRC crest, a MLRC golf shirt (sizes and shirt subject to availability at the time of the prize giving.  If no MLRC shirt, regardless of size is available, then a suitable shirt will be purchased).  Also, MLRC will provide a single VIP Package for the 2003 Rally of the Tall Pines.  This package will be given to the first place winner in the Caption contest.
