I have for sale a 2000 Subaru Forester,

It is the whole car, the car can not be put on the road, due to an accident.

Will consider parting it out.

The good parts:

2.5 L Non turbo, has new head gaskets, timing belt, water pump.
Very quiet motor.  Great as a donor for a rally or rally cross car or a street car.

The motor can be heard running.

Motor comes complete, even with stainless headers.
Alternator, power steering pump.  AC compressor is not working.

The exhaust system is decent, but the rear muffler has a dent.


5 speed manual transmission, good clutch, prop shaft and rear diff.
Right front axle, and both rear axles are good.
Left front axle may be useable.

Interior is in decent shape.  No airbags went off.
Heated seats

Right fender, all of the doors, rear hatch, rear bumper are also in useable condition.

Battery is good.


The bad:

The vehicle had coil overs, but at least two are bent.
The wheels on the car are just the donut spares.
The hood, front bumper, left front fender were all damaged.
Left front control arm is bent.
Steering rack I would not use.

Radiator, radiator fans and AC condenser were all damaged.

Feel free to ask for any of the parts or the whole car.

Asking $1550 or best offer, mainly due the condition of the engine.
