Paul Manson RIP
Paul Manson, winner of the very first Rally of the Tall Pines with his driver, John Medwell, passed away on October 25th in Sunnybrook Hospital when he went into cardiac arrest.
It was 1971 when Paul and John won the event in their Datsun 510. Everyone involved in rallying in Canada in the early days knew Paul as a highly competent competitor and a colourful personality. He was inducted in the Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame in 2011.
