The 2015 edition of the Black Bear Rally will be run on Sunday July the 12th with Recce and registration on the July 11th.  While we are are using the same headquarters as in the past and the same group of roads we have managed to change the route up.

Supplemental Regulation have been posted and registration is open and both can be found on the Black Bear website.

As always we need workers for the event so please contact our Chief Control Marshal - David Maynard @ blackbear.volunteers@mlrc.ca to get your name on the list early so we do not have to hunt you down in a panic the week before the event.

If your think about coming to spectate then consider working as you will normally get a better seat and help to make the event a great success.

We will need for the work day on June 20th and for the event setup day July 11th and the race day on July 12th.

Due to the low entries we have decided to extend the early entry fee until we have 12 entries or until the MLRC meeting on Thursday July 2nd at 18:00.

If we do not get 10 entries by the meeting we will be very likely be cancelling the event this year.  Get your entries in...

Congrats to the organizers on another good running of the Black Bear Rally!  I think the stage layout would have been an good change this year to keep the teams interested!  The event ran smoothly and it just it needs to get the good word out to get more entries.  I hope the rally participation goes back on the upswing.
