I have stayed at this place the last 4 years.  Apt. in a home with a private entrance.  Very nice people.  Very close to Rally HQ.  Has a double bed in bedroom and pull-out couch in living room.  Rate is $115.00/night for 2 people and $20/night for extras.  Breakfast - hot/cold available at whatever time you set for $10/person.  Bonus is hot tub on deck right outside back door.  Does  not want partiers!  If you are interested or know someone who might be - contact me at donnaehuber at gmail dot com.
