First, my apologies for the original message about this Test Day being sent out as an open list. I don’t how I managed to do that. You may have to fire me for incompetence and bad email etiquette.

At this point I have three signed up and we are going ahead with the day for sure, but I would really like to have one or two more attend.  With a small number like this, you will be guaranteed a good day with almost no waiting.

Maple Leaf Rally Club is pleased to announce a Testing Day on Friday, October 4, 2013 to be run on the Galway Cavendish Forest Road. We will run the turnaround loop in by the pit that will be 4 km each time you go out. We must thank Parnell Quarries for granting permission for this.
Testing will start at 10:00 AM sharp and run until 5:00 PM.

To be eligible to enter,  the car must be a currently legal fully prepared
performance rally car. The driver and co-driver/passenger must hold a valid
2013 CARS or equivalent rally licence - either a CARS Regional or National
performance licence or a 2013 RSO RallySprint licence - available through Ross Wood.
The cost will be $360 per car. You must PAY IN ADVANCE by e mail Interac
transfer (preferred method), by VISA, by direct deposit or cash. A full refund less a $30
service charge will be given for any withdrawal up to five days prior to the
Testing. Details of refund for withdrawals less than five days prior to the
Testing to be negotiated, depending on the number of cars that participate. Full refund if the Organizers cancel (unlikely).
I will need at least two radio marshals to carry out this plan.
