Notice of RallySport Ontario AGM on March 16

Hi everyone,

The RallySport Ontario AGM will be held in Peterborough on March 16. We're using the same venue as in the past few years.

We will be starting off with a Special Annual General Meeting to discuss two motions that must be dealt with before the AGM proper. Please see the RSO web site for the entire notice, which I did not have room to post here:

Re the banquet and awards ceremony: The VP's of Navigational Rallies and Performance Rallies will be sending their invitations to award-winners shortly. They are welcome to bring guests, whose tickets will cost $20 each. I will need to know who will be coming so I can let the caterer know.

I'll be in touch with many of you over the next few weeks.

If you do not wish to attend this meeting, you may assign your proxy to any other individual who was a registered member of an RSO-affiliated club in 2012. Please complete the blank form below and send it to the person of your choice by email.
