Disclaimer - I did this course about 10 years ago.

You need a pen and paper that is it - for the classroom portion.

For the practice mini-rally you need a car, however you will normally team-up with one of the other class participants - one person drives and the other co-drives. You can switch part way through. So you will need one car per pair.

No need for rally computers - a good watch and a calculator can help. but not required.
