More Questions...

Hello everyone! I am finally going to do this! I have a 1990 Coupe Quattro that I am going to use for rallyX. I have read through the regulations, and am just going to ask a few questions to be clear. The car I am using is in decent shape, but there is a hole in one of the qaurter panels. Is this an issue that has to be fixed? I am going to trailer the car, as it is only going to be used for competition. My other questions pertain to the service area. Is there power there for tools and such? Or are we useing hand tools only?
Thanks to all for the help, and I look forward to meeting all of you!

Holes in the bodywork don't matter, as long as they aren't massive.
I think there is ONE outside plug. Most people are using battery powered gear or hand tools.

So, the rules say that a rallyx car should be able to pass a safety. Does that meen it has to have all of it's lights installed?? What if all the turn/tail/marker lights were removed? Is this ok?
