Thanks for your responses to my earlier thread.

So me and my navi, with some embarrasingly beginner mistakes, still managed to win our first mini-TSD in the beginner class.. although there were only 6 beginner entries and only 4 finished. So anyway, now we're addicted! I'd really like to get a skidplate ASAP for the peace of mind and protection.

Does anyone know any good shops in the GTA or anywhere within an hour of TO that could help me get a skidplate made? There aren't any yet available for the Mk5 Golf(2007).

Or if anyone could could help me attach SOMEthing to the bottom of my car so at least I have a temporary solution

I'd be willing to pay for your time.. I'm not mechanically-inclined whatsoever but I'd really like to start learning.
