   The increase covers the cost of event insurance. Starting in 2002, we were charged $100 per event for insurance, which meant $700 for the season. MLRC held the entry fee last year, and absorbed the cost of the increase. Unfortunately, other costs associated with the series have also increased to the point where the club had to increase the entry fee for 2003.
