I have no idea if the price is good or not, but there is a 2011 Toyota Rav4 base model with the V6 like the one Ross Wood has, on GovDeals.ca. They were the fastest 0-60 vehicle that Toyota sold during that era.

Only 130k kms and I can put eyes on it for anyone interested (it's literally 300m from my house!).

Just noticed that they are not allowing inspections, so all I could do would be take pictures through the fence!
