What is the actual cut off for entry? I will enter as soon as I can however my cars license fees are slowing working there way to Calgary via snail mail.

The seeded draw will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 8th at 2100. All entries rec'd on-line, by mail or in person at that meeting by 2030 will be included in the draw. After 2030 on November 8th late entry fees begin. Entries are allowed after the seeded draw up to 2200 on Friday, November 25th. If you need to use registration on Saturday, November 26th you must make an appointment with the Registrar.

Hmm looks like I'm going to be cutting it close. How much are the late fees?

You can enter without your CARS license number, just put a TBD or something like that and email the registrar a note saying you'll provide it as soon as you get it. They'll typically contact you for any missing information ahead of time anyway.
