Hello All:

We normally get a very poor turn out to the AGM each year, which I find disappointing. This is your Club and I would like to see more people have a say how it is run and to hear what we are doing at the Executive level. The AGM, as was the Christmas Party, is a great way to catch up with other rally people and to have a nice drink. We pick this location as it is very central and very easy to get to from all areas. If you really cannot make it, please send in your proxy to someone who is.

We are voting for a new President at this AGM as I am stepping away, so it would be great to see lots of people come out!

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Of the members of the: MAPLE LEAF RALLY CLUB Inc.

Notice is hereby given that there will be held an Annual General Meeting of the Members to the Maple Leaf Rally Club, this will be convened at The Moose and Firkin restaurant, 7600 Weston Rd, Unit 13/15, in Vaughan, Ontario, on Thursday, 12th of February at 7:00pm, or shortly thereafter, for the following purpose:

To approve and adopt the following:
1. Consideration of the Financial Statements for 2014
2. Confirmation of the acts of the 2014 Board
3. To transact such further business, or any other business, as may properly come before the
meeting, or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
4. To Elect Officers and Directors for 2 Year term starting immediately following the AGM,
President, Secretary.

If you cannot attend in person, you may appoint another member-in-good-standing of 2014 to act for you by proxy. To be valid, proxies must be deposited with the Club Secretary before 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, 12th February 2015. This may be done electronically or via mail.
