Entry fee:
All fees include GST. Your place is guaranteed only once payment is received. Payments made
onsite at the event must be in cash or cheque payable to "Maple Leaf Rally Club". Credit cards will not be accepted if you pay on the day of the event.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your purchase has been accepted.
Competitors who pay their entry fees online will be required to present
themselves at Registration (see event schedule) to sign their entry form and
appropriate waivers.
Online registration will close at Midnight on the Friday before each rallycross.
There is also a rebate program in effect:
Maximum number of entries: 40. If more than 40 entries are received, starters will be determined on a “first pay/first serve” basis (i.e.: payment must be received before your entry is considered).
Credit Card Payment:
The credit card is charged at the time the order is placed. The payment
information is sent to the merchant bank immediately for processing. If the
credit card is not authorized, you will have the option to re-enter the credit
card details or choose another payment method.
All Credit Card information is collected securely to ensure your privacy.
Payment Options:
The Maple Leaf Rally Club accepts the following forms of payment:
* NOTICE TO US ENTRANTS: If you are sending your entry with a cheque, please pay the amount shown above in US funds. If you wish to pay with a credit card, then the transaction will be processed in CDN dollars and exchanged to US funds at the time the transaction is processed by your credit card company. In this case you are likely to get a more favorable exchange rate than that quoted above. The Rallycross organizers cannot guarantee the exchange rate.
Refund policy:
You will receive a full refund less a $5 processing fee if you withdraw before the closing of online registration. No refund is guaranteed if you withdraw after online registration has closed or if you prepay & fail to show up at the event.
Event-day Registration will now open at 9am and close at 10:15am with the drivers meeting at 10:30am with the parade lap following. Pre-registered entrants must sign waivers, present their driver's licence, and show proof of ownership at event-day registration, they must also sign a Self Declaration form, certifying their car to be safe.
