Payment Policies

Credit Card Payment:

The credit card is charged at the time the order is placed. The payment information is sent to the merchant bank immediately for processing. If the credit card is not authorized, you will have the option to re-enter the credit card details or choose another payment method.

All Credit Card information is collected securely to ensure your privacy.

The Maple Leaf Rally Club accepts the following forms of payment:

Delivery Policy:

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your purchase has been accepted. Competitors who pay their entry fees online will be required to present themselves at Registration (see schedule) to sign their entry form and appropriate waivers.

Refund Policy:

There is no guarantee of refund for any withdrawals less than 48 hours prior to the start of the event. Withdrawal requests received prior to 48 hours to the start of the event will be refunded less a $10 administrative charge.

Confidentiality:

All information collected by the Maple Leaf Rally Club is kept confidential. We do not share personal information with any outside organization. We take all the necessary security measures to protect your personal privacy.
